1. Full Payment Requirement
Full payment must be made and successfully received by TDOX (M) Sdn. Bhd. prior to the commencement of any consultation, health screening, treatment, procedure, product delivery, or related service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. No Refund Policy
All confirmed purchases and payments are final. Payments made for consultations, health screenings, assessments, treatments, procedures, packages, products, and related services are generally non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Change of mind;
• Failure to attend scheduled appointments;
• Completed consultations, screenings, treatments, procedures, or services;
• Unused or partially utilized services, treatments, or packages;
• Dissatisfaction arising from individual expectations where services have been provided as agreed.
3. Treatment Outcomes
TDOX Clinic does not guarantee any specific medical, health, wellness, aesthetic, or treatment outcome. Individual results may vary depending on factors including age, medical condition, lifestyle, compliance with medical advice, and individual response to treatment.
4. Appointment Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule appointments by providing reasonable advance notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Any request for a refund due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of TDOX (M) Sdn. Bhd. Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed.
6. Administrative Charges
Where a refund is exceptionally approved, TDOX (M) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deduct any applicable administrative charges, payment gateway fees, bank charges, processing fees, or other costs incurred before processing the refund.
7. Refund Processing
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to fourteen (14) business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
